Well Aag was anything but AAG! Mr Ram Gopal needs to do lot of thinking after this movie for sure.

With urban settings the story doesnt make any sense. Similar scenes have been shot but with no similarity what so ever. Its much much away from the reality. Its kind of boring because one will surely try to find something that will be in tune with Sholey but will fail miserably. There is hardly any comedy and action is more than required. Music does not impress at all. There is nothing that reminds you fo the Sholey. One is sure that no one can ever match original Jai-Veru and gabbar singh.

None of the actors fit the role. You will be forced to think what were they all thinking when they decided to work in this film, specially Mr Amitabh Bacchan! Well he is welcome to experiment but why is he trying to tarnish his own image. Infact the name Babban doesnt suit the character he is playing! Mr Mohan Lal with his south india accent fail to impress! Nisha Kothari is completely wasted. she is looking like a spoilt little girl with ajay devgan. Though only thing to watch for is Sushmita Sen! and the new entry Raj may be because you dont have expectations from him! You can see glimse of Dharmendra in him thought he is playing Amitabh!  

Remake is never a good idea specially of something like Sholey which is timeless.....

My advise is wait till your cable operator shows it on the TV instead of waiting money! because you are bound for fall asleep as i did! but atleast you will at home!
