So I recently travelled in rajdhani express from delhi to mumbai.
I had a seat confirmed in 2A sleeper class.
When I reached the railway station I came to know that the train is late by 45 minutes. I was not at all happy with this.
So I boarded the train and went to my seat and saw that my seat was occupied by some other person.
I told him that it is my seat so he said to sit in the opposite seat. When the TT arrived I told him that my seat was confirmed and this person has occupied my seat why cant I sit on my confirmed seat.
His response was sir apko seat to mil gayi h bethne ke liye kya hogya isme.
I told him then why the hell do you alot the seat numbers when the person can sit according to their choice.
If they are working like this god knows what will happen to their train.
It was my first and last time I travelled with rajdhani in the future I am not going to travel by it.
Worst service.
