I still do remember the Good Old song “Video kills the radio Star I my heart and…” It was a truth the world accepted _ I was also that part of the world.

Then came the mind blowing and the heart catching RADIO CITY _ FM 91. It was source of Information and Entertainment.

It is also true that the CD and Cassette sales have gone down. We get all the needed and more than the needed entertainment thru RADIOCITY. Its become a family member _ very fast. They play different varieties of music round the clock. The earlier days the music played on the Radio was not considered so fun or gained much attention. This CITY’s changed the whole world around us with the team they have.

They have a good pair of RADIO Jockey’s toooooooo.

They start their day at 7.00 in the morning and I literally start the day listening to Sunanina Lal who present the Breakfast show. She’s really fantastic _ with a pleasant voice and handles the role very well. I do agree she mends and moulds me with the natural talk. It is truly great to start the day listening to her voice and the songs of her and our choice. Then comes the Villain in my heart the Durais. He to is a great person to listen to, but naturally I hate the comments he makes on Sunanina.

The Sheetal Iyer who takes up great Hindi numbers in the Matinee Show. The Request Show by RJ Jonzie between 2 and 4 _ is too good to miss.

Sundays were special when the great veteran Suresh Venkat comes with Hot Air _ he was a marvellous person . Sad to say he is no more working for Radio City.He plays some good numbers which makes him the BEST among the young and Old Generation _ he becomes the FAMILY SONG GUY.

Even though I am not from Karnataka _ I am obliged to Chaithanya Hegde for making me well versed with the New and Old Kannada Songs in ChowChow Bath.

The never avoidable FULL MEALS by Sheetal, you get to hear all the makes every Sunday. It’s really worth, I don’t feel like going out on Sundays and rather sit and listen to this music _ the whole after noon.

And before u go to bed the Late Show Priya Ganapathy _ who handles it with aplomb and she rocks all night.

So the time table goes like this _ they are some good popular numbers like the ’Lingo Leela’ and the ‘SISTER STELLA ‘

Do u ever thought Radio will conquer TV in this ERA _ then that is what as happened according to response to this CITY.
