When radiocity was first launched.. it was liked & loved by all.. but off late.. whenever u tune in, u invariably hear more RJ’s talking & more advertising than ACTUAL music!!  Come on guys.. u seem to have forgotten the true essence of being a radio Station!  Tone down on the umpteen advertisements & useless jingles & the RJ’s uncalled for banter & get with the programme! I dont mean to compare but a fairly new channel like RADIO INDIGO is doing a remarkable job..lots of good music & very few interruptions! RADIO CITY has been around for more than 5 years.. n still comes first for most bangloreans.. give us back the music we love!  & NO we are NOT interested in which RJ loves Calvin or Hobbes!! Stick to the music Puhleez! 
Try and include different shows.. like perhaps Somethin for housewives around 11 am and somethin for Kids around 4 on saturdays.. your channel should apeal  to all age groups.
