My nephew is around 10 years old and I attending Radcliffe School located near beliaghata police station for almost 2 years now.The school is modern and advanced in many ways compared to the more traditional catholic or vintage schools.Now the reason why I like the school soo much is because of the concentration that the school has on other aspects apart from academics.
The infrastructure of the school is not really good, it's basically a newly built school consisting of 4 floors, yes they have a playground but the school from outside and inside looks pretty tide.
The school over all has spacious class rooms with clean and proper chair and tables, the security aspect of the school is really good covered all over with CCTV cameras which are monitored by a group of teachers on a daily basis.
The washrooms are neat and clean and yes the school has a canteen aswell serving home made food VEG and NON-VEG.The school is co-ed which gives the kids a chance to interact and learn a lot more from the opposite sex.Students from class LKG to class 5 can apply for here.It is an ICSE board school and the teachers are really helpful and friendly.
The one feature that really caught my attention was the method of parents teacher meet, traditionally the parents and teachers would need on quarterly basis during open house, now that was times when we studied in schools but RADCLIFFE has a different service, parents can contact the class teachers of their ward from 10.00 am to 11.00 am on 1st, 3rd and 4th Saturday of every month.
Teachers will maintain the record of complaints made and convey it to the concerned authority(Primarily principal of the school). The members of the committee consisting of senior teachers and the principal will be responsible for taking the feedback and the proper closure from the concerned authority and will convey the same to the parents within 5 days.
Parents may contact the Coordinator for any complaints regarding academics.Now that really professional on their behalf.The school also provide shuttle bus and SUMO services, pickup and drop.As far as I know my nephew is really happy and satisfied with the school over all
