I had no reason not to watch this movie...

Yup thats the only reason i saw it, my family wanted to see a movie and
this was the hot release of the week and i simply saw no reason not to
watch
this movie.

Even though i saw this movie on the first Sunday after its release i
received loads of extremely mixed reviews about this movie and decided
to expect the worst.

Still this movie has a stellar cast including my one and only love
Katrina so i didn’t expect it too be that bad.

FROM THE BEGINNING THIS MOVIE TRYS TOO HARD BE EXTRA COOL AND THE ADDED
EFFORT SHOWS (in a good way for the rural crowd in a tries to hard way
for the more urban crowd).

ONCE AGAIN THE ALL English TITLES AND SUBTITLES ARE SHOWN, and not to
mention the loads of English dialogues, seriously what the F(*k are all
English titles doing in a Hindi movie.

The acting is good/OK but the added effort to look, feel and talk cool
comes across as wannabe to me.

UNFORTUNATELY KATRINA Doesn’t REALLY LIGHT UP THE SCREEN LIKE SHE
NORMALLY DOES.

The plot is VERY MUCH LIKE A LARGE AND COMPLICATED MATHEMATICAL PROBLEM
WITH LOADS OF DATA, EQUATIONS (many of which are redundant)AND
UNKNOWNS. (any science/mathematical student will know what I’m talking
about).

THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THE EQUATIONS NEVER ADD UP AND FRANKLY THE SOLUTION
Doesn’t REALLY MATTER ANYWAY.

No matter how you add, subtract, multiply the plot the right hand side
never really equals the left hand side.

In the end you are left with many more questions than answers and the
when the answer is provided to you don’t really care about it or you
intelligence refuses to digest it.

There is some comic relief but really i found it to be a comic
annoyance.

The music was actually quite ordinary i almost dreaded the start of
every song.

Quite frankly if i wanted to see a movie with real style then i would
rather see the Hindi movies of yesteryear’s, it wasn’t really the
clothes but even the actors had style then,TODAYS DEFINITION OF STYLE
IN MOVIES IS MERELY APING THE WEST, hell there wasn’t even a salwar in
this entire movie.

YET THIS MOVIE WAS ATKLEAST TP THANKS MAINLY DUE TO THE STELLAR CAST.

Not sure whether to recommend this movie or no, as i went with rock
bottom expectations and quite frankly I’m quite confused.YET IF YOU ARE
CONFUSED THEN I WOULD SAY At least Don’t WATCH THIS FILM PAYING FULL
RATES IN A THEATER, a DVD or matinée would be more apt.

-s confusing plot,comic relief/pain,OVERUSE OF English.

+/-s style/cool i really don’t think so?TO CONFUSED TO HATE OR
LIKE??!!.

+s stellar cast, enough content to hold interest.

TOTAL 5/10 (because I’m being honest to what i felt when i left the
theaters, maybe I’m still confused, but I HAVE A GUT FEELING WHEN THE
CLOUD CLEARS I WONT REALLY LIKE MOVIE).
