All the bigwigs of Bollywood packed together in an adventurous suspense thriller which depicted the usual flavour of commercial movies.The credit goes to the director for extracting the best out of every performer as a result of which each of the concerned actors managed a dazzling screen presence.
 The magnificence of every character was distinctly visible which compelled the audience to ogle at the twists and turns entwined in the eyecatching thriller.The duo director scored a victory at the boxoffice owing to the judicious mix of romance,suspense,rivalry and rhythmic music.
The combination of sparking Bipasha Basu and rocking Saif Ali Khan added a tinge of glamour to the movie with Katrina Kaif joining the bandwagon with a not so high profile role which at a later stage acquires considerable significance.

The two step brothers in the form of Saif Ali Khan and Akshay Khanna plotting against each other and trying to counter each other’s moves is the backdrop of the movie.Akshay Khanna suffering from persistent jealousy towards his brother plans murder of his brother in partnership with hot Bips who is also the love interest of the central character.Bipasha joins hands with the real hero
and aims at deceiving the villain in the form of Akshay Khanna.

Saif Ali Khan is portrayed as a dead man in the initial part of the movie.Akshay Khanna is officially married to Bipasha Basu but only tries to use her to betray his brother.
Akshay Khanna even tries to plot against Bipasha Basu by seeking alliance with the secretary of the real hero , a role depicted by Katrina Kaif.The insurance cover which was expected to be inherited by the brothers was equitably distributed among them and Akshay Khanna plans to grab the entire amount in his favour.Fraud marriage certificate of Saif Ali Khan and Katrina Kaif is managed by him so that she would become the legal owner of the prized possession.Saif Ali Khan arrives on the scene with a bang and draws support from his lady love whose life is threatened by the villain.
Saif Ali Khan rescues her and appears face to face in front of his brother.Anil Kapoor plays the investigating cop who has a punch of solid humour in his behaviour and is actually involved with Saif Ali Khan in the entire episode.

Race fight is shown among brothers in which Akshay Khanna and his beloved die in an accident.
So the entire amount now gets inherited by the central character.
