I m not sure what keeps RD motors kicking. I would’ve expected this outlet to be long closed and sealed. Maybe its HH company that brings out popular cars from its stable.
Maybe its just the lack of options in and around this part of the city that brings people to RD motor.Being a loyal Hero Honda ( HH) prosumer and lack of funds to go for a Ninja or a Harley, I decided to go along with the trusted Splendor. I decided to pay the full amount in cash.
Then began the worst possible 30 minutes of my life waiting for some soul to show any interest. The place was busy, and believe you me, REAL busy. buzzing with activity. However I’m not sure to what end. Maybe it was the work that they had failed to do last week and were catching up on a Monday morning. Maybe it was just for the heck of activity without any knowledge of prioritizing things. When I heard the magic words 5 more minutes saar! for the 50th time, I had had it. I stormed out of the place. Maybe Hero Honda’s Loss is Bajaj’s gain. Probably I’ll go find some other Hero Honda dealership just for the love of the vehicle.
But one thing is for sure, I’m never stepping into Millenium Motors once again and I entrust all of you to take a good look at these reviews and save yourself some gas or auto charges to visit what is the hellhole of customer service. And all this was just during purchasing the bike. I don’t think I have the time nor the inclination to discuss how pathetic their service station is, maybe I’ll reserve that for another day.
