Stay away from this airline, they have failed to deliver on all fronts for me. I flew with them to Phuket last December, very uncomfortable journey, poor service, our seat was broken, we reported it to the staff who did nothing... despite reporting.
The Customer Services in the UK are really poor, you are kept on the line for good 15-20 minutes and then given a different number to call. We lost any airmiles due to misinformation. Will definitely stay away from them.
