I boarded the flight QR 572 from Doha to Bangalore on 17th December 2016 at 20:00 . My origin place of travel was Munich and this was my connecting flight to Bangalore . The experience I had in this flight was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING. For the first 01:30 hours after takeoff, none of the passengers were provided with water or food or any kind of refreshments . Many passengers pressed the “call” button, but none of the crew members came to attend the passengers . After 01:30 hours, dinner was served . But again after dinner no one bothered to collect the trash(empty plates) for almost 45 mins, due to which none of the passengers were able to move their legs or couldn’t even use the lavatories. Passengers continued to press ‘call’ button, but nothing happened . This time I decided to escalate the issue . I carried my empty plates to the rear side of the aircraft, where I met crew member( whom I don’t remember the name clearly, I think it was Santiago) . I told him that I need to meet the ‘crew in charge’ and he really didn’t bother to call any one . After waiting for some time I repeated the same question and this time he called a cabin crew named ‘Attina’ . I told her the issue and the reason she told me was really surprising
1) Flight is full with 300 on board, so please don’t expect a quick service.
2) This flight always run out of staffs . Even after demanding the management, they are not providing enough staffs . It’s the same scenario every time in this flight.
3) Crew members are not experienced, so they need more time
I wrote my feed back to the customer care and they didn't even respond back . This is my honest feed back .
Please avoid using this flight or else you will regret!
