I feel this review is:
I travelled from Doha to Kochi today morning in QR 516 and my baggage is still in qatar as per crew in kochi. And they treated me very badly by saying they wont be able to sent my baggage to my adress and even ripped apart the authorisation paper which I signed infront of the baggage section, when I asked for a copy of the form. The lady assisted me talked to some one called Jose about the issue and once again I felt really disappointed about your customer service.
