A very pathetic after sales service has been offered by HUL. Have no words for this. Have logged in a complaint for the service call on 1st May 2017(Monday) however this has not been served till date. Complaint call was automatically closed saying that my flat/location could not be traced. I again called on toll free on 05.05.2017 and it was ensured that service will be offered by 06.05.2017 and the call center executive took local technician on conference call and it was confirmed that we will get the service. Now I am trying to reach the local technician and his/her number is switched off. I again called on toll free number and still only promises being made with no further call to action.
Me being a service individual, now I will have to wait again for entire week now just because HUL is not listening to customer complaint.
Is this the way you are fooling the customers. I want to write a very bad review basis the after sales service that has been given to us.
