I agree the product is some what okay, but they are really cheating us after the sales. Every 4000 liters the indication will come in order to replace the CSF. Now the CSF prize is Rs1700+ 200 installation charges. I am sure they have a chip to trigger this indication whether the CSF is obsolete or not. This is one way of making money after sales.
Again every 4 months it gives an indication to replace the ROM which is very costlier, some where around 3700/= which is really expensive.
Once there was some problem in the Power supply unit and they said that they need to replace the power supply and they said that it will cost about Rs1700/=.I bought the same unit for only Rs 400 in the market with the same make & Model. It was a clear evident that they wanted to make money after sales. Some of the parts are not available in the open market and hence we will have bury money with Hindustan Lever until we use this product.
Please do not buy this product the maintenance cost is very high of about 4-5 times than the other product.
