I have been with hindustan Unilever pureit since last 7+ yrs.. I was into classic earlier for last 4 yrs and then I upgraded to UV.. I had been recommended by some Mr Dutta when I bought my classic which was awesome for a small family.. then I upgraded to UV and I had some problems in water leakage and I put up a complaint for the same.. to my disguise I found out that the same person Mr Dutta came for the service of my said device.. it's an honour for me to know the same service team till todate.. I am quiet pleased with the service and sales team for their regular updates and regular correspondence.. I felt great to know that the same person who was in sales team to give me my classic earlier is in service now of the same company till todate and that is Mr Dutta.. I am happy being a part of this large family.. God bless you all for the tremendous amount of work you all are doing for the betterment of the people of Rourkela with regards to clean drinking water to each and every household..
