This product is really horrible. Bought it from Croma, Sarjapur Road, Bangalore. Worked fine exactly for one year, till the warranty ends. After that surprisingly you will get message from pureit to change GSK 1. Not sure how they know this by duration, as it should be based on liters used. We also see the red lights on the machine on, so we requested to change the GSK 1. Here started the horror movie. The technician came and charged 1700 and fix the GSK 1 and screwed up your machine. it stopped after one day. We called back him. He started playing now, asking us to take extended warranty. We denied it. He charged 250 and repaired and left. It again stopped in one day. Now he is telling we need to change some electrical board, Rs 3500. So he insist to sell that shitty annual maintenance plan again. We denied. He did not repair it. Now with multiple calls to HUL pureit never helped. This service desk is fully illiterate and uneducated. They do not know anything One fine day they closed my service request without any reason. Multiple calls with their manager also wasted.


Never buy this machine. Never buy any product of HUL.
