Their service guys just don't have any idea what they are doing. I called pureit to change my ro membrane. After changing membrane the machine is not working. He tells me that my adapter has to be changed. Next day he shows up tells me that some circuit also has to be changed. And even after changing all these when machine isn't working he tells me to change my motor.
So at last he comes with a brilliant idea that I should exchange my whole machine for meagre 1100 and purchase a new one. Inspite of high maintainance cost( I have changed csf twice that cost 1600 each and rom once cost 3700 and this was second time I was changing rom in my 1 year and six months old machine) I purchased this machine after reading all the positive reviews and here I am writing one.
