For 4 years we are using bottled water( they claim that its pure but not, read further), so in our community( Nizempet, Hyderabad) we finally got Manjeera connection( it's municiple tap connection. We continued with bottled water for 4 months after getting tap water connection, not decided to buy a water purifier. I shortlisted few after reading various reviews for 2-3 days Aqua Gaurd, Pure IT and Zero B Mostly I found Pure IT is better value for money based on my little understanding of what was written in their web site and other reviews and comparisons. So decided to go for it.
I requested for Demo, and they have come with some dummy piece, I was expecting that they will show me water sample, but since it was dummy piece they were mostly explaining what already I ready over 2-3 days, so I thought let me get the original and bought Pureit MRO. The sales guy told me that for the first time use, empty the full water content 2 times and then start using it.
I emptied it 3 -4 times and started using it. It does purify, I am not expert, so I bought TDS meter( purchased it), and tested the content. My Bore water reading is 496 ppm Tap water reading is 200 odd ppm My Bottle water reading is 96 ppm Pureit M RO purified reading is around 6-10 pm I think its doing its job+ the water taste is also good. Its been two weeks now and we are happy with the product.
Only the slight complain that I have is the filter( white one that is external to the unit) is leaking when it intakes water. If company can send and get it rectify, mostly am happy. its 3rd week now and fingers crossed, let me see how much time my filter last( as mentioned or complained in some of the reviews) .
29-Oct-2013: The customer care is very good, fast response+ resolution of my issue with external filter unit.
10-Nov-2013: The small problem got rectified as I told on 29th, Pure IT is now part of our family.
