I purchased this water filter in February because of the company manufacturing it and I was disappointed.   
It worked very well, the after sale service being excellent. But just about fifteen days back I called them to change the battery which showed red, and to my disappointment even after changing the polisher twice the water is not pure, it is discoloured.
Looks like it is a waste for a long term buy. The filter has not been effective after the change of battery, or the team taking care of service is not efficient. I am going to again make a call to ask them to rectify.

Going by the companys name I have been very disappointed, Going by the name, I thought they would do a good job with this product, but well.... seems like the R & D done was not enough. They have to work more on this.
