I bought pureit on 23 /04 /2007, with the customer ID  6 2 4 8 0 2 7 8 4. the tap was defect from day one.
I have given complaint many time. No one reverted.
Very bad dont  buy.
Please dont buy. I am very badly cheated. More over when I called customer service very bad response. They log a complaint and will close automatically with out repair.
I had very bad experience with this dirty company.

Suprisingly customer service says that "We are ready to any thing in the court of law, becuase you already bought the product".
