I bought the PureIT water purifier about 6 months back and had a good customer experience during purchase of the product. Recently, the
purifier started leaking in the lower container. I contacted the customer service through phone and was promised that the problem will be rectified within 3 working days but even after 15 days and 5 phone calls there is no action taken by the company. Well, no action is a wrong word to use..infact action has been taken twice and this is the action taken..
A service person claiming to be responsible for rectifying the problem gives a call in the morning asking about the home location and asking somebody to be available at home so that he can come and rectify the problem, but never turns up.
So, overall I would say that the product is a good one but if it throws up a problem then it is probably better to buy a new one rather than put up with this unprofessional bunch of service engineers.
