You may find this review useful if you are planning to buy a Hindustan liver Pureit water filter.

HL Pureit is having the worst after sales customer service. Once the product is sold, they forget
completely about their product and the customers.
And you don’t have any go other than begging for their battery kit every couple of months.

The performance of Pureit is good in purifying the water and even in areas where the water color is yellow, the pureit gave excellent taste and colorless water.....but there are cases where people found that water from pureit is causing throat irritation and mouth ulcers; (Check other review in mouthshut too) No authentic research is taken up in this area or the results are hidden from the public. More authentic tests on water quality and chemical contents of the pureit water need to be done.

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING.............about the after sales customer support. They have a team of customer service associates who can bluff to any extent. Once your cartridge or battery is over, they will never deliver you one. First they make you addicted to their product and then they sucks your time and patience. I still remember the one day delivery magic said by the sales agent, Max 3 day magic proposed by the  customer care agent, but the reality never comes less than a week. In that time, you will have to find alternate arrangements for water, call the CC every time......place the order, request, beg, fight...... at last they will even say that an agent has brought the replacement kit, but you yes... you were not in home....or passes the blame to others. The customer care don’t have a escalation system or a manager to call. So crookedly designed website which is not having a redressal system.If you call customer care, they will be happy to give you complaint nos every time which is a crap to mask you and can never be tracked.  In my personal experience, My one kit replacement order took 1service request+5 complaint nos+more than one week time!

So, if you are having plenty of patience you can go for Pureit.  I don’t know why they are selling a product if they are not having a system to support or provide consumables to customers.May be another fast bucks game!
