I saw the ad , made an enquiry, and was innundated with calls till I bought one.

However from the time of installation till today the experience has been very bad.

The person who had come to install was poorly trained, and seemed to be touching the internal parrs of the purification system with his hand, which ideally should not done.’

The system was not poperly installed, and when I poured the water it did not percolate down after 45, which as per the service staff was the time required.

After which I called the staff, who directed me to the helpline. The helpline said that their staff does not work on Sundays and it would take at least 2 working days from someone come.

I cant take leave for a purit service person to come look up the unit.

Its been more than a week and I have not been able to use Purit

I think its gonna stay in my kitchen as show piece.
