To whom it may concern

I like the product very much when it was first installed in my office. But on  next day I found that the water tank has got a leak.. I contacted the service people every alternate day. Every time the would say the will rectify it immediately but  it was rectified after 20 days. Then recently he batery was to be charged as directed by the service engineers and manual I informed about. Now 3 weeks have passed .still there is no supply of the battery.i.e service and support very Poor

If the service and support have been good i would have recomended this product to all my friends. Its design, style and easy touse features are very good. But since the service and support is very poor, I have to discorage my clients and friends who ask me opinion about this product. Water purity also is very good. even water appears to be crystal clear, free of smell and having no bad taste.
