Hindustan Unilever’s Pureit is the most advanced in-home
water purifier but u can’t expect them to so advanced in customer care

and
after sales service, their customer care is one of worst customer care ever
seen in india,Their main aim is sell a product nor customer satisfaction .The Battery
replacement is one of toughest job in world,even if u register for battery they
don’t respond for months,even if u remind  the customer care(28237373)
ppl,they don’t bother to reply .even if u ask for a complaint number they give
number which has no tracking system  or esculating system so there is no
way that complaint will go higher authority.so u have keep on calling the
customer care(it like begging to them),tsometimes they even tell story that
executive came to home and found the door was locked ,they even don’t have any
customer care email id in their website, these guys are real cheaters,so i
advise  not to buy pureit.better u boil ur drinking water.
