Hello Hindustan Pureit Water Filter,
This is regarding the water filter which I have purchased 3 months back from u r customer care. I am very upset with the service which you are providing
after sales. The executive who had come for demo and installed the filter told that there will be no problem in service as the nearest branch is available to my home. So that is the reason I was convinced and took the filter from that sales person.
Everything is fine till now. Suddenly the filter tap was broken and I called the customer care number and some one registered my complaint and said that with in 48 hrs the technician will come and install a new tap. I was waiting for the technician and it is since 15 days no one came to my home and repaired the tap or replaced. Second time I called the customer care and enquired about the complaint they said that no complaint has been raised and soon he raised a complaint.
The complaint id is C07156841.
Now today morning when I called the customer care they said again they needed two more days. I am very upset and requested for the supervisor, His name is Mathew Senior Technical Support person. He was such a rude guy when I asked for his employee id for any reference he simply disconnected my call. Now this kind of service will really impact on the business. If you want more sales then kindly do the service even after sales also..
