I purchased Pure it 3 months Back.  Less than 2 months its tap broken.  This is happend on 15th June, 2007.  I agave compliant reg the same on 20th June, 2007.  I thas been told it will be replaced in two days.  From now onwards I made 10 call to customer care till now (5th Aug 2007).

Each time they will promose that it will be done in 2 days.  Till now replacement not happend.

The customer care is very bad,  If you ask for demo they will come with in 1 day.  Since the tap is broken it not possible to use the same.  And it is not possible to purchase the tap from outside.

The amout or Rs. 1600/- what ever I paid seems totally waste just after 2 months.  That meens i paid Rs. 800 for each month.


My humble request is not to by this project.
