I booked a flat in Purva Fountainsuqare (PFS). It is a harrowing story. Its presales people are hired only to cheat you and give you only false promises. For all its projects, they will show you a great
looking plan and model flat. But the reality is totally different. In PFS till date they have already posponed delivery of flate 3 times (9 months delay already, looks like the delay will be for 1.5 years). And the worst part is every time they will shock you with information regarding delay in flat completing just few days before you are supposed to get possession! When you will talk about compensation, they will come up with execuses and hidden clause in the document you have signed... To summerize, this builder is cheat, its executives are big time liers, the support staff is unresposive. Avoid this builder at all cost if you are planning to buy a flat.
