I am a regular customer of the Punjab National Bank. I generally use international Banking system in Punjab National Bank. It is a very efficient bank and works very fast than any other bank. In terms of banking and the quality of service it is the best bank for me.
I have a complain about this bank. And, this is about their employee. Those who are young are OK. But those who are older do not behave properly. Either they are lethargic or rude, it is up to them to decide.
If the employees are not considered while analyzing about its service, it is a very good financial institution. I am planning for home loan option provided by it. If the services continue to be like this, I will definitely go for home loan in this bank.
