I have opened an account in punjab national bank 6 months ago.although initially everything was ok like the ease of opening the account with all the id proof details,
But now I am facing a serious problem which I would request PNB to improve upon.i have registered my mobile number for receiving otp during any online transactions.but during making the transaction when I am clicking on generate otp the otp doesnt come immediately to my number.it comes after about an hour by the time I am already logged out of the site.i am facing this problem during making any online transactions which is really really frustating.i would kindly request pnb to look into this matter
