Today i'll tell you one incident which was done yesterday which shows that this bank reprsentatives are shows very bad behaviour.
Yesterday I went to PNB janakpuri branch for money transfer. I saw old man standing in a long queue for around 2 hrs which shows that they don't have policies for senior citizens.
I think the old man is there for some money transfer in his account and when the old man reached to the counter they simply told that the time is over for another branch holders.
Simply the old man has account in another branch and due to his convinience he just been to janakpuri branch.
The old man is requesting them but no one cares and there is no board in which this type of instructions are given.
Then around 15 minutes later when no one help the old man, I reached towards him and went to the cashier that what is the problem to take money from old man and submit it, he just simply said the time is over.
Then I said ok and take a white paper from my pocket and ask him to write that he is not able to take my money because the time is over and ask him to sign it, but the person denied and told me to talk to the manager.
I reached the manager and I shocked that he is also telling me same thing but there is no rule mention anywhere in the bank.
So I simply call police and complaint in head office and within 15 minutes the police van is their which is goid thing.
After listening to us the police man talk to manager and just said if u can't do their work then he should arrest them so the bank take the money and deposited but I am not satisfied because they waste my time so I reached head office with the police person and give written complaint about that incident and they took serious action towards cashier and manager and suspend them for 1 month.
So guys please make sure that there are some rules which is for all banks so please choose your bank carefully and not to select PNB.
