Punjab National Bank is one the most used bank across all India.
But this has some problems mentioned below: -
1.I can say that it's customer service service is average.
2.During demoltisation pepole are easliy seen standing in lines of PNB for two or more than two hours.
3.In PNB's near villages or small towns the entry machine doesn't work properly and I can't say anything about the PNB's in cities.
But infact of being some negatives there are some positives also mentioned below as: -
1.PNB's provide one of the best ATM services and ATM's of PNB's are so easy to use also.
2.PNB's doesn't disclose any details of their customers to any without any government notice.
3.PNB's forms are being easy to fill as compared to other banks as some uneducated or less educated people are also using PNB's.
4.PNB's gives good interests to their customers.
5.If you are a PNB's employee than your life is being secured as this bank gives good amount of salary to their employees.
We can say that Punjab National Banks are Good .
