I absolutely can not stand the poor quality and poor efficiency in Proactive's customer service! First and foremost they charged my credit card (which I did not authorize) and sent me a package I never asked for. A package mind you that cost $99 and products I don't even use. Secondly I tried to call to return the product, and had to call 4 times, was hung up on once because I requested a US representative (which I am completely entitled to) then I requested a return label and the representative told me I would have to pay for the shipping!!!
Absolutely not! But get this, the alternative was to wait 7-10 days for the return label to arrive in the mail, then wait an additional 4-6 weeks for my credit card to be refunded!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! All for a package I never asked for!
