I bought Priya Mango Chutney(Avakaya) which is very Tasty and Spicy.I like this Pickle very much.
This pickle is quite hot; I told that it's too hot for people who are not used to spicy food. For people who love to eat spicy food, for them it is very tasty and delicious.
Mangoes are unripe, so they are tart and a green-olive-like color, texture;Nothing like a sweet ripe mango.
This well balanced seasoning salty, sour, bitter, and Chile, with a good mix of spices that go with it. If you like Indian pickles, try this.
I put it in eggs, quesadillas, rice, Indian style cakes, vegetables, fish, etc. Basically, anything but dessert. Be warned it is addictive!
