We bought the GLASS TOP GAS TABLES GT 04 AI on 25th December 2014 in South Delhi from Royal Kitchen. Just after installing the IGL people told us that its auto ignition is not working so we filed the complain with Prestige DELH790060.
After repeated calls they came and change the ignition plug. It worked one day but next day smoke was coming from the bottom and we filed again complaint DELH807329. Service person came & said that they will change the ignition system And next day worst happened there was sudden blast while I was cooking. I was fortunate that nothing happen to me.
We called their service center their response was pathetic from top to bottom & they don't care if life is in danger. Unfortunately India we don't have enough consumer protection otherwise these kind of company should be out of business next day.
