Terrible service from ttk prestige. Review on Prestige Gas Stove

I had purchased a ttk prestige brand rayale LPG stove in november at cox town, wheeler road brach. I paid Rs.3800 in exchange for my old stove. The MRP was Rs.5475/-. The stove has a slope and ao the frying pan and other cooking utenxils keep sliding down while cooking and I had 3 minor accidents. Initially I thought it was the mistake of the utensils.

Later I realised its the stove slope that made the pans slide. I asked for a exchange of atove from ttk prestige company. They dont seem to understnd the danger of using the atove which has slope. Their technician had come home and has given me a worksheet where he has clearly mentioned that the stove's body has a slant. Inspite of my repeated request to exchange the product, the company officials are relectant to solve the issue. They keep bargaining in order to save money.

I want my stove to be replaced by a high end stove and also I want tthe company to compensate to the extent of one lakh for the trauma I had gone through managing with this faulty stove.
