Prestige Gas stove service is not good. Review on Prestige Gas Stove - Glass top

I want to share about Prestige Gas stove as we purchased this for our new home in the month of August.The stove was really very stylish and decent it gives a good look to the kitchen.It has a glass top which makes this stove different from other brands stoves.But the product durability is not so good we just disappointed with it.The glass top got crack because one day the blow is slipped away from my mother hand then called to the customer service to replace the glass top but they did not respond to my call.I really got irritated by calling them one day I visited the service centre and complained about the issue.They reached us after three days and replaced the glass top but they charged us because the glass top does not come with a warranty.I really do not satisfied with this product and service.It just a waste of money if we purchase this product.

I would not recommend this product to anyone as it was not up to the mark
