Stoves not made for pipe gas. Cheating customers. Review on Prestige Gas Stove - Glass top

Please do not buy Prestige Gas Stoves. After the purchase denies that they are not made to be used by people using pipe gas. The Gas stove can be used only with gas cylinders. This is not mentioned in their catalogue neither the dealer informs the customers. This is just an excuse by prestige. They are just trying to make some money by fooling the customers. There is nothing that cannot be done and it needs only an adjustment. I had purchased a new Gas stove which is under warranty when I try to reduce the flame it goes off. I called the Authorised service centre as it is still in warranty. The complaint No is MUMB 2273964. The technical called me and told me I will have to pay 300 Rs. as I am having a pipe gas. I spoke with the head office too. They spoke to the technician and then they said that they cannot do anything and I will have to pay and that does not come under warranty to simmer the flame. The warranty covers only for the body of the Gas stove if it comes in damaged condition. This warranty part is a idea of Prestige company to cheat people.
