I have bought prestige gas stove auto ignition 2 years back in Banagalore, most if the time I am facing problem, when I have called customer care they raised the complaint and it resolve the issue they are taking more than 30days, If your product is under warranty the then service is very bad.Also if your complaint complain number is old, the customer care automatically close and create new complaint number for to keep them safe.
I have raised the complaint No BANG10112669 for replacement of Pan-support lid for my gasstove, on month of March 2015, they did not resolve it . So I have again raised new online complaint BANG1165308 on 26th Jun 2015. Till now I did not receive the service. Today(22nd July) when I have called the customer care for status they close it and create the new one to safe them.You can check the complaint status by calling 0803441111.
One more think if you mail to for support mail, the only replay you get “We will get back you “, But they never get back.
SO IF ANY BODY PLAN TO BUY ANY GAS STOVE FROM PRESTIGE IN BANGALORE PLEASE THINK TWICE AS THEY POST SELL SERVICE IS VERY VERY POOR .SO KEEP IN MIND,
