I took a WagonR from Pratham Motors outer ring road (Bangalore) show room. The most pathetic department in Pratham is the accessories department.

 

            After few months

from delivery i took my WagonR to pratham to fit the power windows (Till date i was not known that Pratham is quoting too much for the accessories). They said they will fit Xenos power windows. I said Ok as i am not that much aware

of the different brands.

 

            As they said they fitted the Xenos power windows. Man it is pathetic. When i close the doors all the glasses will shake like anything feeling that it is going to break the glasses.

 

            I showed this to the same Pratham department they said they will fix it (After fitting power windows they dont even bother to check that).They kept the vehicle there for a whole day. When i went back to pratham to take my car , the situation is the same.
