Iam Ramesh and I would like to share my Car buying experience at Pratham Motors.

I purchased a Wagon R LXI on 15th of july, I wanted to let you know about my exerience in

dealing with pratham. Sanath was the sales executive who I was interacting with. Right from my first visit in need of a car, he showed keen interest in my inquiry and made sure I was informed in all ways about the car’s I inquired about. My first query was for an ALTO, but due to the benefits that were offered and feature benefits I decided to go in for the Wagon R. The finance portion for the car was handled very smoothly and Sanath was very empathetic to my requests and surely did go beyond the call of duty to help me out the best. The car was delivered on time and even though sanath was not in station, he ensured that the car was handed over to me by Godwin, who explained all the necessary things about the car.  

Overall, I am extremely happy by the way I was treated as a customer and my needs were taken care of. Am now a happy owner of a Wagon R from pratham.
