I recently bought an Esteem VXI from Pratham motors and want to say I am absolutely delighted with the sales experience I had!! want to take a moment to thank Mr. Praveen
GV (Sales), Mr. Prasad (Accessories) and Mr. Praveen (Accessories) – I had a great experience working with them during this sales transaction. Few specific things I really liked:
· They always welcomed me with a bright smile – that makes a huge difference to any customer! Whenever I walk in I get immediate attention right from the reception and from people I know at Pratham – it feels very comforting that someone actually cares! Even if I am kept waiting I hear regular updates and apologies for any inconvenience caused!
· They committed to firm dates and delivered to those flawlessly – both from overall car delivery and accessories readiness! Mr. Praveen GV in particular (since I dealt with him the most) was always reachable and kept me informed of current status.
· I am impressed by the quality of all my accessories choice and work – particularly liked the JBL subwoofer system that Mr. Prasad recommended was awesome!
· One thing I really want to appreciate – all my pricing concerns with accessories were addressed in a very professional manner by both Mr. Praveen (from accessories) and Mr. Prasad. Also when I insisted on using Stanley leather for seating Mr. Prasad was very open to changing the option – really appreciate this.
Overall I am very impressed with the product and the service from the sales team I dealt with!! I have also booked a Alto LXi model for my wife and really look forward to doing business with their sales team again!
