Teflon coating is NOT  done and since its difficult for the layman to make out a body with or without teflon coating, they easily cheat people claiming the same has been done but its nothing but a pack of lies. Read below for my experience.

Worse, they also claim to do restore the shape, paint, lustre et al of body parts they dent during
servicing and then to your horror find visible inner body metals, the same dents in a different shape and then you keep running around after them!!

nbsp; I am an owner of Maruti Alto Lxi bought from Pratham Motors(Bellandur/Marathalli).

I gave the car for the second free service on the 26th of March and when I was handed the car back in evening , I noticed a dent on the left side of the

bonnet (over the headlight.)

 

I brought this to the note of Pratham Motors employee, Mr. Md. Irfan, who was handling my car. First, he was not present during the delivery and

only after a few phone calls came to the front desk to attend to my car.

 

Since the dent happended at Pratham Motor’s end, Pratham Motor agreed to fix the dent in my bonnet (they agreed to do, restoration of the shape, paint and

teflon coating such that the state of my bonnet is returned to its original state(in an immaculate condition). They promised to give me the car two days later,

i.e. 28th March at 6:00 pm.

 

I called on the 28th evening to find out the status only to be told that it will take another two days i.e. 30th March

 

I called on 30th evening only to be told it will need to come the next day i.e. 31st March. No one even called me to tell me about the delays in all these days.

 

Finally I went on the 1st of April to take delivery. I was appalled to find that the dent job was so shoddy it had not restored the original shape at all. Moreover

there seems to be no repainting been done as the inner body metal is visible in some places!! Running my hand through the dent, I found it so rough that any

claims of teflon coating seems but lies.

 

I am appalled to hear lies from Pratham Motors that they have done tinkering, painting and teflon coating when it is so apparent that nothing more that some

paint has been dabbed into parts where the paint had come off and that too they have left part of the metal open and visible!!

 

Moreover, I noticed new scratches on the bonnet of my car and the fenders near the bend.

 

The rear speaker(Pioneer) grill had come off and lying in the boot.

 

Also, the vehicle carpet was very dirty inside and outside was very dusty and cleaning had not been done before delivery. The mechanic lay their greasy hands all over the car inside and you really need to clean the streering, gear, handbrake and other inner parts of the body yourself.

 

I am absolutely vexed and feel cheated with the Pratham Motors Service station. I have spent the last six days through commuting hell due to lack of transport only hoping that eventually my car will be restored to its original condition but all I am met with is a pack of blatant lies.
