I will narrate two different horrible incidents with Pratham motors. I should have learnt from first incident but I didn’t :-(

1) I took my CAR(maruti 800) to Pratham motors for its first service in Bangalore.  After 3-4 days delay I was told that CAR is ready, I went to service center, started the CAR and found that it was making some horrible noise. I immediately called up the guy (Mosembill,something like tht) who was handling the service. He said this is because the vertical cross member is touching the oil tank below. I asked him why the HELL this noise was not their before bringing this car to your service center? He has simply no answer, he kept on bugging me with one liner that it is because  vertical cross member is.................  I paid almost Rs11,000 for service. . Then they suggested me that I should change that vertical cross member to get rid of noise problem. I think I was in their trap completely. I agreed. They also suggested to replace one gear box. I said OK. 
         After 13-14 days I went to get the CAR( from body repair.... One had horrible experience with one guy RaviKumar, ... Forget what they are doing with the vehicle he was simply nonsense in behaving..simply like any damn roudy ) and started (again paid some Rs18,000) it, I was shocked to hear that same noise problem. I was almost crying for what the HELL I paid Rs18,000. I immediately contacted their vice manager Vipan. Only good thing about Pratham motors so far I noticed is that he was very kind and helpful. He said this noise is because some AC wire is touching the body, which is a very simple thing to fix. just cut the AC wire little bit and its done. But for what I paid Rs 18,000.
        This story is not over yet. As they replace the gear box, so after few days I noticed that oil was leaking from the gear box. I again contacted Pratham motors, they said that they forgot to tighen one screw. After some days I noticed some sound near the gearbox, again went to Pratam motors and this time they told me that they forgot to put the oil in the gear box... God damn it...

2) I would rate them below average but was thinking somehow what may be next time they will do a good job. My CAR developed some overheating problem. Again I went to Pratam motors. For the 5-6 days they were not able to find the exact problem, Each time they will give a different reason for heatong and will say that we have to replace this part and that.... ultimately bill comes around Rs2,000 This time I decided with my brain(at last!!!), I asked them to stop the work on my car and took it to a different small service station. One more thing, earlier my car was getting over heat after 20Kms but after taking it from pratham motors it was getting over heat only after 2kms... NOW even if they do free service I am not going to take my car to them such is the experiece. I will not recommend this service center to anyone.
