Prakruthi holidays thumps up!
My Hong Kong and Macau trip on Oct 2016 was very well organized from you people. The service and communication provided to book the trip and collecting vouchers and small to small query was easily explained. The back office is like back bone to Prakruthi holidays, made my job very easy even though it was customized trip .The hotels provided were good with tasty Indian breakfast . The staff from Prakruthi holidays in Macau and Hong kong were obedient and serviced us well.
we had typhoon in Hong Kong where our one day trip was wasted and the day was re scheduled in such a way that I covered the before day trip along with present day without extra cost.
Thank you for the service and look ahead for more and more trips.
