This is the worst svc I have visited for more than 5 times. They really ruined my P200NS bike like anything. When I taking the bike after the first service, I found few spots of white paints all over the body of my bike. the guy said it is white paint fell on it while they are paining the auto next to this bike. I asked them to clean it, he said if you clean it now it will spread and does not looks good and assured me in the second service he will get it cleaned with some solution.
When I went for second service, I asked about it he said it is not done in his svc and even he said myself did it some where and I bought the bike there. Thing is this is the same guy who assured me last time to get it cleaned, I wondered and made an argument but nothing happened. Its been 1.5 years riding P200NS, still the white paint marks are there on my bike.
The svc guys don't know anything that we know also. They simply assume and tell what are thinking and dont even bother to check. SVC Guys named, naresh, surendra dont know anything and I turned to complaint to service manager and his name is Dhyanedra(not sure), he is even botherless and always giggling withe the executives.
I went here for first paid service and svc guy asked which service and I told them it is first paid service, thats it. I paid a bill of 4k for that service. They said they filled everything what ever required. But in 15days I found some wierd sound form engine and I showed to a mechani near my office, he said there is very less engine oil and it looks like it is done. I told him, I have recently given to service and the he said they didnt put engine oil for this, but the svc guys charged me for that also. Like this there are so many things about this svc.
I have visitted this SVC for 7 to 9 times for past 1 year, I never had a good experience at any time and more over, if I go there, by seeing me only no service executive wont come to take my jobsheet. I preffered this svc only because it is walkable distance from my room but later I regret and even planned to go any good svc which is very far also.
PS: If you people want to ruin your bike, take it to this svc. They will make it ruin and they will charge huge amount for it.
