Never ever do any purchase in Poorvika Outlets. Their customer service is very worst. I brought two LYF handsets from Poorvika Showroom Yelahanka, Bangalore on 22nd July 2016. After many follow-ups SIM got activated after 4 days.
We started using the handsets, we noticed problems with Battery back ups and switching off the mobile. We were told while buying, if any problem we can return the handsets within 15 days and they will replace the same.
They took handsets from us on 1st of August 2016 and till now no proper response from them. The handsets are with them only and they are not replying our mails also. We contacted Poorvika Yelahanka Showroom many times and their customer care numbers. They simply transfer their responsibilities to each others. Almost its 10 days now, they are least bother to reply our mails and give proper solution to problem. Our paid money is also with them and they have our mobile handsets also.
Worst.worst.the worst service from Poorvika Mobiles.
