Defective product and very poor customer service. Review on Poorvika Mobile World, Bangalore

Hi all,

Please do not visit any poorvika outlets for any purchase. Very bad customer service and also they sell defective products. Recently I bought samsung A5(2016) from indiranagar(CMH road), within 1 week I have noticed some defects in that product. When I visit to the showroom for the issue, they didnt even listen to me. Simply they are saying we have sold the product, now if u have any problem u have to ask the samsung customer care not poorvika showroom.

Before selling they treat customers like God, but after that they pretend as if they dnot know u. Now really I dont know what I will do with this phone and how many times I have to roam around the customer care. Its really frustrating. Please give me any suggestions if u have. But I dont want to visit that same outlet again. Also requesting all of you not to visit any poorvika outlets. They are just frauds. Also requesting all customers to check the review about these outlets before you purchase anything. Because I dont want anyone to suffer like me.
