"Poorvika" as the word suggests its "Poor" in all the kind of services they provide, "Poor" customer satisfaction. "Poor" Customer Service. "Poor" T&C's. "Poor" Management and employees at the stores. "Poor" quality products.
Never ever buy any of the products from Poorvika, they have a very weird and sick policy of "No Return".so once u buy any products it means that u have become a pakka bakra.!
They escape all the odds by showing this sick policy, they cheat you and once you buy anything from here u are not eligible to exchange or replace if you dont like a product(Imagine if someone close gifts u something and u wana exchange that product - u r not left with any option).
They charge you more and give a poor service once u r out of the store, the employees behave in a very rude way once u go back to them for any services.
Poorvika is a big FRAUD and CHEATER company.!
I would give a zero for their service.
