Good evening,
I purchases one table and chair fro Poonam Furniture House INC in Goa exhibition, held at Ravindra Bhavan at Margao on the 08th September 2017.
The furniture seemed of very good quality and the sales people very polite. But they made me pay an advance of Rs2000 for my order of Rs 20000. Which seemed very reasonable at the time.
Nevertheless the appointed delivery date was 25th of September 2017 and till date no delivery at all was done. I had to call inumerous times and write emails and they just keep on giving dates when they pick up the phone,
Till date nothing at all and I am a busy person. Meanwhile already did all my living room so could have purchased or asked a carpenter to make these items with no hassle.
