Background about me.
I am a Mainframe Guy having around 6.5 years experience when I join Polaris. Basically from Chennai, and I am a Computer science Post graduate. I have worked on different Geographical locations around the world before joining polaris.
What you will get once you come out of Polaris if you work more than 2 years.
You will lose confidence
Lose your Technical capabilities.
Will learn how to bend for all the things in life.
New employer may ask did you worked in IT industry or not.
Polaris will throw you out anytime, if the CITI account closes any of its running projects.
Exiting polaris is not easy because they may ask you to pay for many things like visa Processing fees, Lawyer fees for that visa processing, Bench period fees like that, these things will not mentioned in your offer letter, but they will ask else no Experience letter for you.
I have worked for Polaris for around 4.5 years, I am a Mainframe Guy having around 6 years experience when I join. I was put into CITI MSSB account in chennai. The project delivery manager is a Hitler guy, always think about his profit only for everything. He will not follow the company policies.
For example if you are travelling onsite in longterm visa for more than 3 months also he will stop your wife not to go with you, so that he will save that flight ticket, he will say directly to you.
Under him all the mangers are treated like dogs, they have to put salute and need to listen whatever he says, also need to greece him, typical Jaya.
If a employee needs a day leave, he need to ask the Delivery manager only, because all the subordinate mangers and Leads are Dummy guys.
He will monitor everyone in cafeteria, what they are doing. Also he keeps SPY's in the group. The SPY's will get rewards like promotion and hike.
You cannot change project anytime, because no projects. If you want leave the organization also, they will not allow to leave because they will put fines in lakhs asking for different types of fees.
If you join you have to be like a Loin in Den.
